Pushing Easy Healthy Recipes

Can an apple a day keep the doctor away? Research suggests that diets high in fiber, anti-oxidants, and raw vegetables and low in saturated fats, red meats, and processed foods can lower cancer risk. Some studies indicate that a healthy diet can even fight existing cancer cells.

Filling up on leafy greens, raw vegetables, and green juices and smoothies have other great benefits too. Besides reducing the risk of cancer, these foods also help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure, clear the skin, improve sleep, and increase energy!
